The sky replacement feature is the best I've even seen (close-up around edges of trees and through pockets of light). For me, the Power Line Removal tool is nearly worth the entire price of the program. Not only does NEO work as a standalone, but it also functions as a plug-in to Adobe products and Apple's Photos. The extensions they are producing and releasing through the subscription become part of the program and (I believe) will remain even if the subscription lapses.Ĭurrently, I have the HDR Merge and NoiselessAI add-ins, and I'm "pre-ordered" for the UpscaleAI and the AI Background Removal extensions. So, on top of that, I took them up on another offer, and added the subscription. But I took them up on an upgrade offer to NEO and liked what I saw (more like, I liked what I could do with it). I have become a Lumiar Neo convert! I've had a love-hate relationship with Skylum, as they've changed the product name, licensing terms, cost, and pretty much everything else.
